Camera-ready paper submission instructions

Please note that the final version of the paper should fundamentally correspond in length and contents to the accepted version, except for parts that might be added or modified to comply with the reviewers’ suggestions. Also please note that the final paper may be checked against plagiarism. Generally, an overall similarity index more than 30% is not acceptable.  Please do not alter the final version in ways that make it weaker than that accepted by the  PICC2018 technical program committee. For the paper’s inclusion in the conference program, it requires that at least one of the authors of the paper must have registered for the conference.

Note that for the manuscript to be included in the program and the proceedings of the conference and be sent to IEEE Xplore, the authors  must fulfill the following four conditions:

 1. Upload of final version (PDF format, which must have passed through IEEE PDF eXpress)

2. Transfer of copyright to IEEE. This is to be done in the submission system AFTER you have uploaded the final version. The appropriate copyright clearance code notice* is to appear on the bottom of the first page of the final manuscript.

3. Registration of one of the authors and associating the paper at the time of registration. This needs to be done BEFORE the deadline given in the website

4. Present the paper at the conference
